Anna Goodman, Audio Manager
Anna Goodman, AuD CCC-A, is a board certified audiologist with 10 years of pediatric audiology experience. Dr. Goodman enjoys working with newly identified patients and their families to fit hearing devices and experience the world around them though sound. Dr. Goodman provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of childhood and adult onset hearing loss, including hearing aids, bone conduction hearing devices, and cochlear implants. She is passionate about diagnostics, specifically Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing of infants and children.

Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exceptional Child-Speech and Language Pathology from Western Kentucky University in 1990, and her Masters in Audiology from the University of Louisville in 1992. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, is a member of the Kentucky Speech, Language, Hearing Association, and is licensed by the state of Kentucky to practice Audiology. She began working for Advanced ENT and Allergy (formerly Commonwealth ENT) in 1993.

Kingsley W. Burke, Au.D., CCC-A - Doctor of Audiology
Kingsley W. Burke, Au.D. earned her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Louisville in 2024, following a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi in 2020. She is licensed to practice audiology in Kentucky and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Kingsley specializes in audiologic diagnostic testing and adult amplification. She joined Advanced ENT and Allergy in June 2024.

Michelle Byerly, Au.D., CCC-A - Doctor of Audiology
Michelle Byerly, Au.D., received her Doctorate in Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences at A.T. Still University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education and her Master of Science in Audiology from the University of Louisville. She has been employed as a clinical audiologist with Advanced ENT and Allergy (formerly Commonwealth ENT) since 1992. She is licensed to practice audiology and to dispense hearing aids in both Kentucky and Indiana. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She is also a member of the Kentucky Academy of Audiology and the Kentucky Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Colleen Campbell, Au.D., CCC-A - Doctor of Audiology
Colleen Campbell, Au.D., received her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Memphis in 2015. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Murray State University in 2011. She is licensed to practice Audiology in Indiana and Kentucky, and is licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Kentucky. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She specializes in audiologic diagnostic testing and adult amplification.

Kristen Hilsher, Au.D. CCC-A – Doctor of Audiology.
Kristen Hilsher graduated from The University of Alabama in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders. She received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Auburn University in 2010. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is also a member of the Kentucky Academy of Audiology. Kristen is licensed to practice Audiology in Kentucky and is licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Kristen joined Advanced ENT and Allergy in 2018.

Missy Hynes, M.S., CCC-A - Clinical Audiologist
Missy received her Masters in Audiology from the University of Louisville in 1990. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, and is licensed by the states of Kentucky and Indiana to practice Audiology. She worked at the Elizabethtown office of the Commission for Children with Special Health Care Needs for 10 years prior to her employment here. She has been with Advanced ENT since August of 2000.

Tina Kenney, BC-HIS - Hearing Instrument Specialist
Tina Kenney, BC-HIS, is a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist licensed to practice in Kentucky and Indiana. She has worked as a hearing instrument specialist in the Kentuckiana area since 2003 and has over 20 years of experience. In 2020, she joined Advanced ENT and Allergy. She is a Fellow of the International Hearing Society.

Jenny Kloft, Au.D. - Doctor of Audiology
Jenny Kloft, Au.D., is a graduate of both the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and the University of Cincinnati for her Doctoral and Master’s degrees respectively. She is licensed to practice audiology in Kentucky and Indiana. She has worked as a clinical audiologist in Louisville, KY since 1989. In 2004 she came to her current position with Advanced ENT and Allergy (formerly Commonwealth ENT). She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Mary Beth Mucklow, Au.D, CCC-A. - Doctor of Audiology
Mary Beth Mucklow, Au.D, CCC-A, received her Doctoral degree in Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences at A.T. Still University and her Master’s degree from East Tennessee State University. Her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders was received from Southeast Missouri State University. She has worked as a clinical audiologist in Southern Indiana since 2001. She is licensed to practice audiology in Indiana and Kentucky. Mary Beth also has her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Ashlee Rajala, Au.D. CCC-A – Doctor of Audiology
Ashlee Rajala graduated from The University of Akron in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. She received her Doctorate in Audiology from the Northeast Ohio Audiology Consortium in 2012. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is licensed to practice Audiology in both Indiana and Kentucky. Ashlee began her career working in Pennsylvania for 4 years prior to starting her current position with Advanced ENT and Allergy in November 2016.

Maggie Spiegel, Au.D., CCC-A – Doctor of Audiology
Maggie Spiegel, Au.D., received her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Louisville in 2022. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and Sciences from the University of Alabama in 2017. She is licensed to practice Audiology in Indiana and Kentucky. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She is also a member of the Kentucky Academy of Audiology (KAA). She specializes in audiologic diagnostic testing and adult amplification. Maggie joined Advanced ENT and Allergy in January 2023.
